Referral Consultation
After taking part of our free consultation, the Referral Consultation may be the most appropriate and most cost-saving option for you. Through this pathway, our nurse will conduct an initial assessment and gather all the information needed to connect you with a trust-worthy, caring provider. Through this service, Cross Care will also set up your first appointment and give you all the information you need to meet with the provider, such as, directions, tips, and recommendations for travel.
Complete Coordination
This service option is for those who need full coordination of services - from finding a provider, to setting up their appointment, and transporting them to and from Tijuana. After understanding your needs through our free consultation, our nurse will begin with an initial assessment. This information will be used to find the best provider for you. Then, we coordinate the best date, time, and plan with the provider so that the most can be done during your visit.
